Vellanki Red Chilli Pickle - with Garlic

Known to have originated from the Rayalseema region of Andhra Pradesh where it popular as Korivi Kaaram, the Red Chilli Pickle or the Pandu Mirapakaya Pachadi is a pickle you will love if you enjoy spicy and tangy flavours. Personally, we love it best with hot ghee dosas, but the Red Chilli Pickle can also be enjoyed with curd rice or any other meal of your choice! At Vellanki Foods, we’ve used groundnut oil in the making of this pickle.
